Once you start a game test, your points are automatically synchronized!

To ensure everything runs smoothly, make sure to download the game via the link on our platform – otherwise, your points cannot be credited.

To check if everything is working correctly, simply complete the first step and see if your points have been updated in your Rewards account. If this works without any issues, you can assume that all further steps will also be synchronized successfully.

If your points are not credited, it could be due to the following reasons:

• You did not agree to tracking (iOS only).

• The game was already installed on your device before.

• You reinstalled the game multiple times.

• You did not download the game via our link.

• You are not in the correct geographical region or are using a VPN.

• The test period has already expired.

• You played the game on multiple devices.

• You played it on a tablet or iPad (game tests are for mobile phones only).

• Your device is not running the latest operating system version.
